Power of Why

Have you ever thought why and how some great leaders like Martin Luther King or the companies like Apple or Harley Davidson are ruling the world? Why they are different from others, and what is unique about them? Let's find out what are the strategies followed by them.

Millions of people live in their own world of dreams. However, some lives in it and wants to make it happen as well.

The question that arises here is- How?

The primary practice followed by every individual is, they start with what bounce to how and move to why? This training makes them adhered to their what and afterward everything gets failed.

The book "Start With Why" by Simon Sinek is a must-read book which can change your mindset and make you rethink everything once again. One of the best secrets disclosed in a book is "People don't buy WHAT you do; they buy WHY you do it."

Reason it out why Apple is leading in the market today. What is the strategy that they follow? Why all the companies like, Hardley Davidson, Apple, and leaders like Martin Luther have incredibly loyal followers and customers?

Further, Sinek examined the value system as "The Golden Circle". He told the center of the circle is why, the next ring shows how, and the outermost circle is whatTo make you understand, how's are your actionswhat the outcomes. To fortify your why, you should be consistent with your how and what. The three should cooperate for ideal results.

Steve Jobs wonderfully expressed their strategy, The why of Apple, we challenge the status quo, think out of the box, our how, the way we summons ours why. We test and structure our products beautiful, simple, and easy to use, and our What; we just happen to manufacture incredible materials.

That's the reason why People buy their why instead of what?

If the reason is big enough, you will be willing to perform almost anyhow!!! If you start with why you know the purpose and when you see the use, you will be consistent with it.

Develop a habit of making a plan before starting any project. Perch yourself at a quiet place maybe a coffee house, your favorite place in a park, or on the sofa of your home. Make yourself comfortable and ask yourself, Why do I want to do? Why am I willing to achieve it.? Is it the only thing I want from this project? What changes could it bring to my life? If not this, then what? What else could be better for me?

Ink it down all the points to find out your why. Once, you are done with your Why. Move to your What. If done this way, what could I get? Set your expectations. What are the gains, what I could get, and what should I get as a result?

After completing the process of why and what now climb up to How? How will the plan get success? How much time I will give to make it happen. Set deadline. Divide it into micro-steps and work accordingly. Celebrate the small wins that could motivate you to make the whole plan successful.

The two important days in one's life, are when you were born and when you find out why? Give a meaning to your life by the theory of Simon Sinek. The power of why made it easy to understand and know why do you what you do. Learn new things, be curious enough to find why to give meaning to your how.
