[5 things] to do every morning

Mornings are a crucial part of your day and choosing what to do at this time can make your entire day blissful. When you start your day right and cultivate effective habits, it has a positive effect on the rest of your day. Tim Ferriss once stated, “Win your morning, win your day.”

Here are the 5 things that you should do in the morning to make your day better.

Do small things right- It seems small but folding your sheets and comforters sets the tone for the entire day. It lowers your stress and improves your mood which leads to better productivity. "William McRaven" - The US Navy Admiral, once said that making your bed in the morning will reinforce the fact that little things in life matter a lot.

So, take out 2-3 minutes every day in the morning to make your bed. It might improve your entire life!

Practice Gratitude- Say "Thank You!." Be grateful for whatever you have right now. Be thankful for waking up this morning because for some people last night was the Last Night. And you have been blessed with another day to do better and be better.

Close your eyes and be grateful for whatever you have and to all those people who support you whenever you need it.

Exercise- We all know exercise makes us feel better but most of us have no idea why. We assume that it happens because we burn off stress or boost endorphins. The real point of the exercise is to build and condition the brain.

Giving 2-3 minutes a day in the morning to exercise, can activate your body cells and keep you charge for the entire day.

Meditation- Another thing that should be included in your morning routine is meditation. Meditating for 5-10 minutes daily can reduce stress, anxiety disorder, fatigue, depression, and insomnia. It also enhances your learning, memory, and self-awareness power. It gives you the space between you, your body, and your mind.

Meditation allows you to reshape your brain and connect your self to kick start your day with positive energy.

Plan your day- Lastly, plan your day in a way that makes you productive. Write down your to-do list. Separate it according to the urgency of the work. Set a time limit for each of your tasks.

Time management can make you more productive and can lower your stress level as well.

Your morning habit can make or break your day. Include these five habits in your daily morning routine and observe the positive change of creating good morning habits.
